Professional Training Association Purchase, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

 

Professional Training Association’s (PTA) Purchase & Refund policies are posted on each page of our website and provide information on our registration, cancellation, and refund procedures.

 

Registration & Payment:

Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. To assure guaranteed registration Professional Training association must have received either:

  • Full payment via credit card (all credit card payments will be charged a processing fee in addition to the workshop fee). All our systems are compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations to further protect personal information. In addition, PTA utilizes Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption for all commerce transactions to protect your personal information including name, address, and credit card.

  • A purchase order # and contact information for the person responsible for issuing payment. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • A personal or company check.

  • A money order.

 

Workshop changes & cancellation:

Workshop programs may be subject to changes.

PTA will refund all collected fees if the workshop is cancelled by Professional Training Association and in which case, PTA will have also be released from all liabilities to the participant.

Should PTA postpone a workshop date all original registrations remain valid.

 

Refunds:

PTA will refund all collected fees if the workshop is cancelled by Professional Training Association and in which case, PTA will have also be released from all liabilities to the participant.

Cancellations by the registrant will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellations received 7 days prior to the workshop date will be reimbursed 100% minus the credit card transaction fees.

  • Cancellations received 6 days to 1 day prior to the workshop date will be reimbursed 75% minus the credit card transaction fees.

  • Substitutions for registered participants are welcome.

  • Registration fees will not be refunded if participants fail to attend classes, i.e. “no show”, without prior arrangements with PTA.
