Keith Slack holds a class 4 license for wastewater collections in Idaho and has been a Collection system operator in southwest Idaho Since 2007. Keith has extensive experience in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing collection systems.

Keith regularly performed mainline cleaning, inspections of manholes, mainlines, laterals and new construction projects, and lift station maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation. He implemented mainline repair and rehabilitation including trenchless rehabilitation. Keith also conducted SCADA system, integration, plan review, and operator training. Furthermore, he was also responsible for inspection system maintenance and repair as well as development of policies and procedures such as SOPs, O&M manuals and regulatory compliance.

Since 2018 Mr. Slack has been a contract instructor with Idaho DEQ and began teaching a variety of collection system related classes in Alaska.

Keith joined Professional Training Association in May of 2024 to provide more training to a wider range of operators throughout the US.
