Andrew Basket is a Wastewater Operator at the Town of Elma’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. In addition to being responsible for the daily operation of the wastewater treatment activities, he operates the facility’s Class B Biosolids Program. Bob will be presenting on this facility’s biosolids management program and how they maintain compliance with WA biosolids regulations.
