In this 3 hour online “Overview of Laboratory Documentation” workshop we will explain why laboratory documentation is required and what paperwork is necessary for regulatory compliance. We will explore how information needs to be documented to stay compliant with lab accreditation requirements and produce defensible and reliable lab data.

During this class we will review:

• Chain-of-Custody (internal and external)
• Benchsheets
• Logs (temperature, chemical, reagent, maintenance, etc.)
• Quality Control logs
• Quality Control charts
• Standard Operating Procedures

This workshop will provide you with essential information you need to obtain or maintain your water or wastewater operator certification.
